Are my leads shared with others?
Zonado is not in the business of selling leads. Your leads are always yours and sent to no one else, ever.
What is the cancellation policy for Zonado Pro?
Zonado Pro members may cancel their plan at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period. We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your cancellation request.
What is the refund policy for Zonado Pro?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to Zonado Pro features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
