My client currently has a profitable auto accessories business in Brampton selling accessories & parts for Jeeps & Trucks. They also do installation of the accessories on site. They are looking to expand to a second location and seeking an industrial space with Drive-in Level plus a small store front for accessories sales & pick-up. The industrial space in the back with be used strictly for installation of the accessories & parts they sell - they will be NO "dirty work" (e.g. oil changes, brakes services, etc.) being done on site. Looking for min 3 yrs up to 5 yrs lease commitment.
