Zonado Update – December 2021

2021 was a year for the books for Zonado. After we publicly launched 6 months ago,

• Over 300 brokerages came on board, including CBRE, C&W, Colliers, JLL, KW, Avison Young, Lennard, and counting

• Nearly $1 Billion worth of commercial opportunities were listed on Zonado, racking up tens of thousands of views

• Zonado was picked among the top 3 teams at this year's UPStart Venture Challenge hosted by Queen's University

• We matched hundreds of properties with potential buyers, tenants, and investors

...and the journey is just beginning

A lot of our users gravitate towards properties that aren't listed elsewhere - now when you list on Zonado, you can point this out explicitly with the 'Not on MLS®' tag for your listing, helping buyers find the right opportunity and sellers close faster.

🎁 Data & performance stats with the listing dashboard

The new dashboard makes it a breeze to get an instant view of your listing's performance and engage with your leads all in one place. Proactively approach users most likely to be interested in your listing and make critical changes to your listing, all in one place

🎁 A completely revamped listing creation flow

We got great feedback on our listing creation flow and we have revamped it to help users list faster, under the right categories, save drafts for later, re-order photos for a vetter walkthrough and so much more!

✅ Smarter property types for quicker search

We've added hundreds of property sub-types into 9 broader property types (including sale of business) to help you classify your listing as accurately as possible and to help searchers find the right listings much quicker. Buyers can now search exactly what they are looking for.

✅ Attach and label multiple files with your listing

Everything from financial statements to floorplans, land assessments, and offering memorandums can all be labeled and attached to your listings. By keeping tabs on who has expressed interest in these files, proactively make the right conversation happen at the right time.
