As Chairman and CEO at The Behar Group, I manage and direct our team of professionals in their day to day endeavors. This includes strategic analysis of opportunities in real estate as well as other non-traditional initiatives. My 23 years of experience in the field of real estate and in the business world at large, coupled with extensive travel across the globe, have been instrumental in shaping my career to-date. While my core business remains commercial real estate, I have become increasingly involved in other businesses in both related and unrelated fields. This includes investment real estate, green and eco-friendly initiatives, finance, technology and new media. I remain open-minded to new ventures and to creative business opportunities. The Behar Group has a well earned reputation as a professional and productive real estate brokerage actively involved in all phases of land sales and development as well as the selling and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties.
