Felipe Senisterra specializes in overseeing investment-grade commercial real estate assets with GWL. Throughout his career, Felipe has delivered best in class results on behalf of his clients, both at a local and national level. Felipe’s relationship focused approach has allowed him to the privilege of working on high profile real estate projects, leading to industry wide recognition, including nomination for NAIOP’s Deal of the Year as well as an Annual International Rising Star Award within the commercial real estate industry. An approach rooted in longstanding relationships, built on mutual respect with stakeholders and exceptional execution has led to Felipe’s sustained success. Felipe holds an MBA degree from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, and is continuously involved in professional development and education with the CFA charter and CoreNet’s Master of Corporate Real Estate program.
