Balancing the roles of Property Manager for over 15 years, and Commercial RE Sales Representative for 10 years provides me a unique opportunity to understand Client and Landlord needs from both sides of the equation. As a Property Manager I'm aware of the importance of good building management, communication and careful review of lease and renewal needs in the success of the Tenant and of the Landlord-Tenant relationship. I am able to understand the value and needs of the Brokerage Community and the value they bring to the Landlord. In the role of Sales Representative I have represented Office, Warehouse, and a variety of Sales/purchase requirements, with a specific focus on Land transactions. In leasing negotiations I offer valid insight from a Landlord perspective which adds value to to my clients' experience.
