Born and raised in Ottawa’s west-end, John Zinati began his real estate career in 2005 working for a local family-owned, multi-residential property management firm. With a thirst for knowledge and a growing passion for the industry, John made the move to a well-known local commercial leasing company in 2007. He started as a Commercial Property Manager overseeing approximately one million square feet of commercial real estate and demonstrated superior knowledge and skills within the industry in a short period of time. He was quickly promoted to Leasing Manager and became a licensed Real Estate Broker where he serviced the leasing needs of the entire District Realty Commercial portfolio of approximately three million square feet. John combines his sales and business knowledge to provide outstanding service for his office, retail, and warehouse property owners and clients. It’s his first priority to ensure that every one of his valued clients receives outstanding and personalized service in every interaction with Zinati Realty. John proudly supports CHEO, The Ottawa Heart Institute and The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa.
