Kate is a 2nd generation realtor and has been licensed since 1986 when she began her career working with her Dad after graduating from Western University with an Honours B.A. in Psychology. Kate's daughter, Nicki and niece, Rianna have joined her team ""The Niagara Sold By Kate Team"" to make it a true family business! Kate is a lifelong resident of Wainfleet, a small community along the shores of Lake Erie in the region of Niagara.
