A real estate broker focusing on sale of businesses and commercial real estate in Ontario, Since 2003. I am carrying 17 years of full time work experience in real estate business. My education background is graduation in civil engineering and post graduation in MBA with specialization in marketing management. My educational background helped me a lot in servicing my clients in best effective ways. My civil engineering background helped me detect any major technical abnormalities in the property and stop my clients to proceed further. This way I saved my client’s time and money in chasing technically wrong properties. My MBA background helped all my commercial clients who are buying either business or investment properties. I myself do thorough financial analysis and screen any commercial listing before advising my clients to consider it. This way I am able to sale only profitable business opportunities to my clients and save them from making wrong decisions. All my clients who have invested most of their hard earned own funds and borrowed funds from bank into business opportunities are enjoying satisfactory financial performances. Many of them have financially grown enough that they have come back to me with a plan to enter into a bigger and larger business opportunities. Many of them have favored me with referring to their friends and relatives whom they wanted to see as happy as they are and I am so pleased to feel moments of satisfaction by looking at their happy and pleased faces.
