Oliver is a Principal at Avison Young after spending ten years as an Associate Vice President with another global real estate services provider. Oliver focuses a lot of his energies serving Ottawa’s growing high-tech office sector representing technology start-ups through to Fortune 500 corporations. Priding himself on superior market knowledge and his hunger for deals, he is a creative thinker and consistently delivers market leading real estate solutions for his clients. Throughout his career Oliver has been successfully involved in the sale, lease, and sublease of over 4M SF of commercial property within the National Capital Region.
