About Me

I absolutely love my chosen career where I am helping people with all their real estate needs. With over 30 years of real estate sales experience in Thunder Bay, I can honestly say I have helped hundreds of individuals with their first home to their retirement home. Transitioning from the parent's home to rentals and then to the dream of home ownership. Moving to a larger home or downsizing to a smaller one can be complex. I am here to help from the beginning to the end. My education from University of Toronto is a Bachelor of Science degree which was going to lead me towards law school. During my undergrad years I had the honour of working for one of Thunder Bay's largest law firms. It was there I decided not to go further with law. Upon graduating from UofT I was invited to go work in Acapulco Mexico. From 1987 to 1990 I had the worldly experience of living in the greatest tourism destination. It was there my passion for real estate began. I started with selling time share and then grew from there. Home is where your heart is and my heart was in Thunder Bay. So I left Acapulco and came home. In 1991 I became licensed in Ontario as a real estate saleperson, then achieved Brokers license in 1994. And in 2011 I opened my own boutique real estate sales office. I am privileged to be surrounded with fabulous talented agents at Avista Realty Group. It makes every day a pleasure to work. I love Thunder Bay and helping someone become a part of our city. Owning homes helps in our tax base and helps in the infrastructure. The more we grow the more we can honestly succeed as a community. It is one homeowner at a time. Presently I am a full time realtor specializing in residential, condominium, investment, vacant land, rural and some commercial. From 2010 to present. my career led me into condominium development. Severances, rezoning, design, budgeting, managing and sales. Terravista Condominiums and Townhomes is the only development of it's kind. A blend of executive vacant land condominiums, and low rise condominiums with accessible designs are home to over 100 new individuals. Taking the vision of vacant land to an annual tax base of over 1/4 million dollars is definitely an asset to our community.
