Sunny Gawri, is our seasoned professional in Residential Land Development based in Oakville, Ontario. Sunny’s educational journey in Marketing, Business, and Management from Sheridan College laid the foundation for his career, equipping him with essential skills and knowledge to navigate the complex real estate industry. His educational background, combined with his linguistic proficiency in English and Hindi, has enabled Sunny to connect with a diverse clientele and establish strong relationships within the community. Sunny’s professional journey began at Intouch Wireless Inc., where he honed his operational skills as the Director of Operations, then transitioned to real estate, contributing significantly to Century 21 People’s Choice Realty and Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty as a Real Estate Specialist. Sunny’s time at these brokerages sharpened his skills in property listings, customer service, and market analysis. In December 2017, Sunny joined Royal Lepage Signature Realty, where he has spent the past six years specializing in the Halton Region and Niagara Region housing and commercial market. Sunnys experience in this field was further enhanced during his tenure as Vice President/ Partner at Sphere Developments Inc., where he coordinated land acquisitions, raised capital through GP LP Model, and managed marketing campaigns. Sunny’s extensive experience has enabled him to navigate high-stake projects, manage significant financial transactions, and lead successful developments in the Greater Toronto Area and Surrounding. Sunny’s goal is also to get the highest and best use for each land acquisition by achieving the appropriate zoning requirements.
