PARCEL 1 consists of approximately 235 acres, of which 103 are irrigated and the remaining acres are fenced pasture. With 103 irrigated acres, that include a 1,090 foot long, six-section, Lindsay Zimmatic center pivot (that was installed in 2017), a 10” mainline off the pump to allow future take-offs for additional pivots, new 4-wire perimeter and cross fencing, and a bottom fed dugout, Parcel 1 is perfectly set up for the mixed operation farmer.
