It's easy to cancel your subscription. To cancel a paid plan, please send us an email to support@zonado.com with the email address associated with your paid plan and we will have it cancelled. After cancelling, when you reach your plan renewal, you will then be able to continue to use Zonado Basic.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period.
