Outbuildings include a 50 ft x 100 ft Quonset with both gravel and concrete floors, wired for electricity and fully set up for tool and equipment storage. The Quonset has a few pin-prick holes located along its length but overall is in excellent condition. The structure is lit with LED lighting, and double-doored at both ends. Stored within the Quonset there is a number of wooden pallets, blocks, steel drums, building materials and lumber stored, as well as a fully stocked bolt bin, all of which sells with the property. A 26 ft x 64 ft metal-clad cattle handling shed includes a squeeze chute bay, insulated medicine room, hydraulic pump area, and platform scale room. The structure has a full concrete floor which is grooved for traction in busy areas, 50 percent of the handling shed is not insulated, this structure was renovated and improved in the mid 2010's. It is also fully lit with LED lighting and has a 200 Amp panel. There are five large open-front cattle shelters ranging from 30 ft x 60 ft to 32 ft x 252 ft and offer livestock housing throughout the pens and feedlot.
