See Website for Details & Starting Bids. ‘New Norway Tramway’, offered by Keller Farms LTD on behalf of Scott and Leanne Keller, is the definition of prime farmland in the heart of Camrose County and is ready to provide lucrative possibilities for the next owner. High-quality agricultural land is one of Canada’s most valuable resources, and ‘New Norway Tramway’ stands ready to support long term, productive farming operations. Located less than 13.5 miles south of Camrose, Alberta, and just over 5 miles east of New Norway, this offering consists of a combined total of 303 acres selling as 2 Parcels, approximately 291 of which are arable. Parcel 1 comprises 153 acres, featuring 147 arable acres. Brush and willows have been reclaimed to add arable acres while improving continuity. A registered drainage ditch runs through the quarter, creating a suitable outlet for managing water diversion. An annual local improvement levy is paid to Camrose County to maintain the ditch ($153.42 in 2025), and this drainage ditch was last cleaned out in the fall of 2023.
