Bone and Biscuit is what you would call a boutique store. We are careful about providing only high-quality natural products in the store. Our philosophy is providing best food with high quality natural ingredients and part information to the customer by which they can make the best food choices for their pets. More and more people are health conscious these days and now since pets are part of the family, the consciousness filters down to their pets. They want healthy natural food without antibiotics and fillers in them and that's what we are about. Keeping this in mind, we sell minimally processed natural food like Raw food. We have the biggest selection of raw food in the region. We have a seven-door freezer with Raw food, gently cooked food, Raw Bones, Goat, Sheep Milk and Kiefer and Broth. Besides this we have a good selection of Freeze Dried Raw, Air dried Raw, dehydrated Raw and oven baked food for customers. We carry kibble as well but make sure all products are clean and sustainable proteins without antibiotics and fillers like corn, wheat, and soy. Besides these, there is a big selection of natural treats, chews (no rawhide or chemically treated chews) for the pets. We also sell supplements to support a dog’s health. People understand that a good diet is very important for their pet’s longevity and health. We find that more and more customers have a good knowledge of products and even supplements. They are discerning and appreciate the high quality of products we stock. One of the biggest attractions in our store is our toy collection which we have carefully curated over the years. Many people just come in to check toys out. We also have other pet necessities like leashes, harnesses, beds, bowls etc. and as usual we try to get new and interesting things for our customers. We also provide services like Teeth cleaning for pets through a teeth cleaning company (once a month) and nail trims for pets (once a week). The nail trim event is only for charity. We do our share of events and other fund collection to help rescues. Even though we work hard to get the best products in our store, the prices are the same as at other stores. So, we are very competitive. Our customer service ensures customers return to us every time.
